New Youth Baseball Fields

Westmoreland Little League and Town of Westmoreland have new baseball fields for youth in Lowell Hamlet on State Route 26.  The project was achieved by dedicated volunteers from Little League organization working closely with Westmoreland Town Board officials to secure funding from Edwin J. Wadas Foundation.  Special thanks to Westmoreland Highway Department and adjacent communities for use of heavy equipment and labor or excavating tasks.  An exciting accomplishment for Westmoreland Little League and will relieve schedule conflicts at Town Park and Kernan Field on Station Road.  Check out the new ball fields this spring and summer at Hubert Pritchard Fields, dedicated to life long serving member of Town of Westmoreland, Hubert Pritchard.
