Dog Control
Mike Smith is the Dog Control Officer for the Town of Westmoreland. He responds to calls from residents and will pick up strays and lost dogs. He will keep any dog impounded for 5 days and then will advertise such dogs for adoption. If you have lost a dog, please call the Town Clerk, 315-853-8001 Ext. 2 or Mike, at 315-886-6394. He verifies rabies status, licenses.
