Water Treatment Plant Operator
Theodore Flint

Westmoreland Water District

The Westmoreland Water District started construction of the water main extensions in September 2002. The contractor who was awarded the low bid did not complete the job in a timely manner and then defaulted on the contract. After re-bidding this project, most of the work was completed by Bat-Con during the fall of 2003. By May 2004 a majority of the work had been completed and grass was growing.

In 2006 the Health Department ordered us to filter the water. A Filtration Plant was constructed and came on line in October 2008.
